Where are you based?

Capital RC is a New Zealand business based in Wellington. We're an online-only store, so there's no shop front, but collections can be arranged – just get in touch.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (business days). Choose from two shipping options at checkout:

• Standard – 2–5 business days
• Express – 1–3 business days

Rural delivery addresses can take a little longer. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates from the courier and can't be guaranteed.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

When do you order from suppliers?

We order regularly from our suppliers in New Zealand and overseas. If an item is out of stock or marked "Special Order", email us at sales@capitalrc.co.nz and we'll let you know the wait time. Urgent freight can be arranged for some items (extra shipping charges may apply); otherwise they're included in our next stock order.

Are your prices in NZ dollars?

Yes – all prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Do you offer sponsorships?

Yes – we're open to racing sponsorship deals. Email your racing CV to sales@capitalrc.co.nz and include the classes you race, recent results, the events you're planning to attend and links to any social media.
